Dhaulagiri Cooperative donates Rs 500,000 to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

Kathmandu. The Dhawalagiri Savings and Credit Cooperative, Sundhara, Kathmandu, has donated Rs 5,17,500 to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund to help those affected by the devastating floods in Bhotekoshi area of Rasuwa.

The organization informed that on Wednesday, the amount was deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. Out of the assistance amount, Rs 5 lakh was collected on behalf of the organization and the remaining Rs 17,500 was collected on behalf of the directors of the organization.

The Dhaulagiri Cooperative has paid tribute to all those who lost their lives due to the floods and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families. It also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured and thanked all the security personnel, volunteers and stakeholders involved in the rescue and relief work.
