Global IME Bank Announces 10% Dividend to Its Shareholders

Kathmandu. Global IME Bank Limited has decided to give 10 percent dividend to its shareholders. The bank has proposed to give a total dividend of 10 percent to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the last financial year 2082/83 including 6 percent cash dividend and 4 percent bonus shares.

The proposal was made at a meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Wednesday. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the upcoming general meeting of the bank.

Global IME Bank, which has been honored in various national and international categories for modern technology and excellent customer service for a long time, has been awarded the title of ‘Bank of the Year 2014’, ‘Best Internet Bank 2016’, and ‘Best Bank Nepal’ in the year 2024, 2025 and 2026.
