Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has distributed educational and essential materials to the students of Shree Kuleshwor Secondary School under its Corporate Social Responsibility Program.
Kedar Nath Sharma, Head of the Bank’s Kathmandu Region, handed over the uniforms and educational materials to the students. The bank has distributed stationery and educational materials, school bags, school dress and house dress, shoes and other essential items to facilitate the students’ studies.
Speaking at the program, the Principal of the school, Bhanubhakta Bista, thanked the bank for the support provided to the poor and poor students of the school keeping in mind the educational needs. He said that this kind of support will not only encourage the students in their studies but will also have a positive impact on the educational environment of the school.
Handing over the educational materials to the students, Mr. Sharma said, “As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank has been supporting the education sector and the support provided to the students who have been deprived of required educational materials due to financial constraints will greatly help in their studies.”
In addition, the bank has stated that it will continue such CSR programs in the coming days as well on the basis of needs and priorities.
