The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on August 13 has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 2.1053 of the bank’s paid-up capital (inclusive of tax).

The dividend declared by the bank will be distributed to the shareholders subject to the approval of the bank and approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
