Yashoda Foods, Shree Ram Tobacco donate Rs 3.51 crore to flood victims

Kathmandu. Yashoda Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Shriram have donated more than Rs 3.5 crore for the flood victims. Two companies have provided financial assistance for the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of people affected by the floods in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwa on August 26.

Yashoda Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Shriram Tobacco have donated Rs. 3,51,51,51,000 to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund for the financial assistance.

The cheque amount was jointly handed over to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle by Chairman of the Group Kamal Kishor Malpani and Chairman Chunna Prasad Sharma. The cheque amount was handed over to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.

Similarly, the company has also sent current noodles worth Rs 30 lakh to the flood-affected areas (Rasuwa, , Nuwakot and Dhading and to the shelters kept in the flood-affected areas .

The company has pledged to send noodles and provide to the victims if needed. Yashoda Group Industries Pvt. Ltd. has said that it is ready and committed to provide any other kind of assistance required in this time of disaster.
