Kathmandu. The fourth annual general meeting of Citizens Share Brokers Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citizens Bank , has been held. The AGM was held under the chairmanship of Ravi Kumar Rauniyar, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Central Office, Kupandole.

The meeting passed a proposal to distribute cash dividend of 4.65 (including tax.

The company will be distributing Rs. 93 lakhs as dividend on the basis of paid-up capital of Rs. 200 million . In the financial year 2082/83, the company has earned a net profit of Rs. has earned a net profit of Rs. 99,02,796.

The meeting also passed the annual report for the financial year 2082/83 and the audited financial statements . It also passed a resolution to reappoint Prasiddha & Associates, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the financial year 2083/84 and approve the appointment of Director as well as special resolutions relating to amendment of the company’s regulations and credit facility.

Ganesh Raj Pokharel, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) was the chief guest of the AGM. The meeting was conducted and vote of thanks was given by Manish Aryal, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Company Secretary.
