Kathmandu. Unilever Nepal Limited has proposed to distribute a dividend of Rs 1,540 per share to the shareholders from the profit of the financial year 2082/83. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company approved the audited annual financial statement for the financial year 2082/83 and decided to distribute the dividend.

For the purpose of distributing dividends, the company will close the book from November 23 to November 23.

Shareholders who were appointed before the book closes will be able to receive the proposed dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval by the concerned general meeting of the company.
