Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has remanded Bishnu Poudel in custody for 3 more days. A division bench of Justices Narayan Prasad Poudel, Hemanta Rawal and Umesh Koirala on Monday ordered Poudel’s custody for three more days.
The Department of Money Laundering had presented Poudel to the Special Court for an extension of his remand in connection with the money laundering case.
He has been remanded in judicial custody as per the court’s order to extend the remand for 3 more days.Poudel was arrested from Surkhet on June 8.
