Kathmandu. A man has been arrested on the charge of swindling money on the pretext of sending him to the United States of America.

The arrested is Madhav Aryal, 35, of Rainadevi Rural Municipality-1, Palpa currently residing in Banganga Municipality-8 of Kapilvastu.

A police team deputed from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Teku arrested Madhav from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-13 acting on a complaint filed by the victims that he had taken Rs 300,000 from a person in the name of sending him to the United States.

He has been sent to Kathmandu District Police Office for necessary investigation and actions.
