Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC ASIA Capital Limited has proposed a 50% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2082/83. The 174th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 10, 2083 has decided to approve the dividend and submit it to the tenth annual general meeting (AGM).

The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Capital will be held on September 10 at 9:00 am at the company’s registered office at Thapathali. The AGM is expected to approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS and to approve the distribution of 50% cash dividend as proposed by the Board of Directors.

Along with this, the company has also prioritized the expansion of digital services. The capital, which has been expanding its services with the slogan ‘Now not in line, but in the capital online’, has made arrangements to provide most of its services online by the end of the fiscal year 2082/83.

According to the company, this initiative will help customers to get investment and capital related services easily without having to be present in the office.
