Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shah inaugurated the third edition of Nepal Premier League (NPL). Prime Minister Shah inaugurated the tournament at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.

The Prime Minister was accompanied by Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel, among others.

The inaugural match of the tournament will be played by the defending champions Lumbini Lions and the runners-up Sudurpaschim Royals. Lumbini won the toss and will bowl first. See the rest of the picture:
