Green beans are being sold at Rs 50 per kg.

Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for Sunday.

According to the committee, tomato (Indian) has been sold at Rs 90 per kg, tomato small (Indian) at Rs 60 per kg, tomato small (Indian) at Rs 60 per kg, tomato small (Terai) at Rs 55 per kg, potato red at Rs 28 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 24 per kg and onion (Indian) at Rs 40 per kg.

Similarly, the price of carrot (local) has been increased at Rs 60 per kg, carrot (local) at Rs 60 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 35 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 60 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 25 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 60 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 70 per kg.

Similarly, beans (stems) Rs 120 per kg, Matarkosa Rs 50 per kg, Makabodi Rs 90 per kg, Ghee beans (local) Rs 120 per kg, Ghee beans (Hybrid) Rs 90 per kg, Ghee beans (kidney beans) Rs 100 per kg, Souybean Kosa Rs 160 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 50 per kg, Gourd Rs 60 per kg, Parwar (local) Rs 80 per kg, Parwar (Terai) Rs 70 per kg. Likewise, chikindo has been sold at Rs 50 per kg, jhinguni at Rs 80 per kg, ghiraula at Rs 65 per kg, cooked farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (lambcho) at Rs 50 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 50 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 75 per kg, okra at Rs 70 per kg, pindalu at Rs 50 per kg and squash at Rs 55 per kg.

The price of mustard vegetables has been fixed at Rs 100 per kg, spinach at Rs 100 per kg, mustard at Rs 35 per kg, Chamsur greens at Rs 100 per kg, fenugreek greens at Rs 100 per kg, green onion at Rs 190 per kg, mushroom at Rs 260 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 530 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 320 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Cucumber Rs 450 per kg, Niguro Rs 100 per kg, Broccoli Rs 120 per kg, Beetroot Rs 65 per kg, Sajeevan Rs 120 per kg, Koirala Rs 350 per kg, Red Cabbage Rs 60 per kg, Jiri Greens Rs 100 per kg, Parsley Rs 300 per kg, Celery Rs 120 per kg, Fennel Greens Rs 100 per kg, Mint Rs 110 per kg, Gantemali Rs 50 per kg, Tamarind Rs 180 per kg. The price of copper has been fixed at Rs 150 per kg, topu at Rs 150 per kg and gundruk at Rs 300 per kg.

Apple (bag) Rs 250 per kg, apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, banana Rs 220 per dozen, lemon Rs 400 per kg, pomegranate Rs 500 per kg, grapes (green) Rs 300 per kg, grapes (black) Rs 450 per kg, watermelon green Rs 45 per kg, pineapple Rs 250 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 75 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 50 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 80 per kg, pear (Chinese) Rs 250 per kg. The price of papaya (Nepali) has been fixed at Rs 80 per kg, papaya (Indian) at Rs 90 per kg and avocado at Rs 800 per kg.

Similarly, ginger costs Rs 120 per kg, dried chillies Rs 450 per kg, chilli green chilli Rs 100 per kg, chilli green (bullet) Rs 85 per kg, fish chilli Rs 70 per kg, chilli green (akbar) Rs 600 per kg, sheep chilli Rs 80 per kg, green garlic Rs 200 per kg, green coriander Rs 60 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 190 per kg, garlic dried (Nepali) Rs 120 per kg. The price of dried fish has been fixed at Rs 160 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 310 per kg and fresh fish at Rs 300 per kg.
