Kathmandu. The foundation stone for the construction of a building of Basuki Secondary School at Mellekh rural municipality-4 in Achham district has been laid. First Secretary at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, Narayan Singh and Chairperson ofMellekh Jwala jointly laid the foundation stone of the building.
According to the Indian Embassy, the building is being constructed with the financial assistance of Rs. 3.8 crore from the Government of India.The building will be implemented through the High Impact Community Development Project , , , , , .
During the laying of the foundation stone laying ceremony of the building, the rural municipality chairperson and other stakeholders appreciated the development assistance provided by the Government of India .
They also believe that the new structure will help to strengthen the learning environment for the students and teachers of .
