School building to be constructed in Kailali with Indian assistance of Rs 3.6 crore

Kathmandu. Dhangadhi: The building of Siddhanath Secondary School located in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis-12 of Kailali district is to be constructed with the financial assistance of the Indian government. The Indian government provided Rs 3.6 crore for the construction of the building.

First Secretary at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, Narayan Singh laid the foundation stone for the building.

The construction of the building will be implemented through the High Impact Community Development Project Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, Kailali. Laying the foundation stone of the building, the mayor of Dhangadhi and other stakeholders appreciated the support being provided by the Government of India.

“As neighbours, India and Nepal have had extensive and multi-sectoral cooperation, and India remains committed to strengthening the government’s efforts to advance development and prosperity through implementation of high impact community development projects in priority areas,” he said.
